We’re looking for our UX Team Lead to:

  • Develop and cultivate a customer centric culture within the company
  • Create groundbreaking and unseen HW and SW user experiences for the medical device industry and consumer digital market
  • Create story boards and partner with development teams to guarantee the best UX, based on user cases defined by Marketing
  • Provide input to R&D for HW and embedded SW design
  • Provide input to Digital teams for web and mobile solutions
  • Oversee customer service and technical support teams to enhance customer experience when customers interact with the teams
  • Crack the best jokes in the break room!

We just need to tick a few boxes...

The following is not set in stone, but if you have it then GREAT!

  • 5-8 years of experience in similar environments, with direct involvement in similar projects
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is a plus
  • The ability to be hands-on in structuring, building, and leading UX projects to set the company in the right direction before building a team
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Some knowledge of the medical device sector is a plus

As a UX Team Lead you are self-directed but also collaborative. You possess superb communication, time-management and process-management skills. You have keen problem-solving and organizational skills. You are creative, passionate and attentive to detail. Basically, you’re the bee’s knees.
