We are looking for a dynamic and an experienced Business Development Lead to join the WAYVIO project. You will be part of an amazing team 🤩, taking on a position that will offer you a great opportunity to play a major part in the success of a growing business expanding its operations to international markets. Your mission, should you choose to accept it…

  • Set a clear vision for a growth plan, simplify the complexity of a technology into a catchy sales speech.
  • Partner directly with product marketing, design, RaQa, operations, finance working cross-functionally to define programs that grow subscribers, revenues and that deliver results (the WAYVIO project platform includes a subscription service designed to work with all smart devices, provides information on whereabouts, sterilization cycles, impacts on instruments and trays and much more).
  • Determinate appropriate sales channels, propose prices and deal terms, negotiate agreements.
  • Drive annual business plans as well as performance tracking and analysis & communicate these at the executive level.
  • Articulate the WAYVIO project’s value proposition and its position within the medical device industry’s asset management ecosystem.
  • Drive a comprehensive strategy around acquisition, on-boarding, customer engagement, and churn reduction.
  • Identify barriers to adoption of solutions; collaborate with cross functional teams to develop solutions, and implement programs to address such barriers.
  • Monitor the market trends and identify new products/capabilities to be looked at more closely.
  • Assume accountability for subscriber growth and revenue objectives.
  • Manage DFM (Design for Manufacturing) meetings between customers and in-house R&D, Manufacturing and Production teams.
  • Ensure projects’ steps and milestones, and maintain overall projects’ progress.
  • On a next step, build, develop and guide a Business Development team.
  • Work closely” to the marketing team to guarantee market surveys, analyses and product launches.

👩🏽‍💻For our teammates, the ideal colleague is …

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate 👨‍🎓 in Sales and Marketing and/or suitable experience in a business developer role.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience across product management and/or business strategy in the subscriptions space.
  • Proven Project Management experience (PMP).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities from many angles (quantitative & qualitative) 🧐
  • Familiarity with consumer cloud services 📱is necessary.
  • Strong ability to listen and translate business needs into feature and product designs.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills 🗣dealing with clients.
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-relate solutions.
  • Faculty to interact regularly and effectively with global teams across the world.
  • Deep understanding of the role of price and drivers of value in distributor markets.
